House of Culture "Tosho Arsov" - Vinitsa and the Council of the International Festival of Humor and Satire in "VINIKA VERITAS" announce
Topic : Things are getting better.
The Terms & Conditions :
1. An author can participate with up to 3 caricatures, but not more than 3.
2. The size of the cartoons should be A4 or A3, resolution 300 dpi.
3. The caricatures can be sent in their original version or by email to:

4. The House of Culture provides to
the following awards:
- First prize: 300 euros
- Second prize: 200 euros
- Third prize: 100 euros
5. Artworks are sent to:
House of Culture "Tosho Arsov" - Vinica, st. "Bel Kamen" 13, Macedonia, nominated for the "In Vinica Veritas" competition.
Artworks must be submitted by October 1, 2024
6. The authors will receive their awards at the Festival of Humor and Satire "IN VINICA VERITAS", which will be held in mid-October 2024
7. The festival organizer reserves the rights to use the awarded works at any time.
8. The caricatures received will not be returned to the contest participants.
9. After the results are announced, the awarded works of the competition need to be sent in the original, as this is the only way you will be paid.
