Regulations
Eligibility: The competition is open to all artists, including caricaturists, illustrators, cartoonists, printmakers, and painters worldwide, regardless of nationality, age, or gender.

C. Ming Tombs, Tombs, Cemeteries, Souls, Kings
D. The Great Wall
E. Summer Palace
F. The Imperial Palace
G. Grand Canal, Rivers, Bridges, Boats
H. Beijing Central Axis
K. World Cultural Heritage, Archaeology, Monuments
Entries: Each participant may submit up to 10 works (pieces or series) per theme.
Size: The artwork must be A3 (297mm x 420mm).
Techniques: Any medium is accepted, including painting, printmaking, traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, craft art, or children’s painting.
Submission: Entries should be submitted digitally via email to redmanart@126.com. Works created using any technique, including computer graphics, are accepted.
Previous Awards: Works that have previously won awards in other competitions are also eligible.
Author Information: Each submission must include the author’s resume, photo, completed entry form, and a short biography.
Entry Form: Download from www.redmancartoon.com/en. Self-made entry forms are also accepted.
Copyright: Authors must own full copyright of their submissions and assume full legal responsibility.
Liability: The organizer is not responsible for any damage occurring during postal handling.

Selection Prize: Digital Certificate + PDF Catalog
Publication: Selected works may be published in brochures, posters, international press, and other media for exhibition promotion.
Returns: Submitted works will not be returned.
Usage Rights: The host may use selected works on its website and in media for competition and artist promotion while all copyrights remain with the authors.
Acceptance: Participation in the competition implies complete acceptance of these rules and the jury’s decision.
