Honoree of the Year
This year’s tribute goes to Prof. Teófilo Pimenta (Téo Pimenta), a distinguished figure in physical education, sports training, and education. With over 20 years of experience, he has contributed significantly to youth sports development and academic research. He is the founder of the Instituto Esporte Vale (IEVALE) and the João do Pulo nas Escolas Project, which promotes the legacy of Olympic athlete João do Pulo. In 2023, he received the João do Pulo Trophy for his contributions to preserving sports history in Pindamonhangaba.

Themes & Categories

• Caricature – Ketiley Batista, our Olympic 100m hurdler.
• Cartoon – Mental Health in the Digital Age: The influence of social networks on self-esteem, the impact of social isolation, and the importance of mental well-being.
• Format: Works must be submitted in A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm), vertical orientation.

• Deadline for Submission: April 20, 2025
• Announcement of Selected Works: April 22, 2025
• Who Can Participate? Both professionals and amateurs.
• Submission Limit: Each participant may submit one work per category.

• Venue: D. Pedro I & D. Leopoldina Historical and Pedagogical Museum
  (R. Mal. Deodoro da Fonseca, 260 – Jardim Boa Vista, Pindamonhangaba – SP)
• Selection: 100 works will be displayed.
• Recognition: All selected artists will receive a Certificate of Participation.
