Italy in the World Press Awards, held this year for the 5th time (World Comedy Awards),Hicabi Demirci from the Turkey won Second Prize.

This year's subject of the contest, in which only the cartoons sent by the artists selected by the organization upon invitation were accepted, was determined as "The source of life".

AWARD CEREMONY WILL BE HELD ON 11 SEPTEMBER

The award ceremony of the competition, in which more than 250 artists from 71 countries participate, will take place in Italy on September 11. Hicabi Demirci states that in his cartoon, he wants to explain that human beings who destroyed nature have no innocence other than their childhood.

Hicabi Demirci, who has won over 100 national and international awards, also has 3 personal cartoon books.
