After a successful first edition with hundreds of entries from 30 different countries, Studio Europa Maastricht and European Press Prize have decided to award the prize worth €10,000 in 2021 as well.

Cartoonists from all 47 countries of the Council of Europe can participate.  Each cartoonist is allowed a maximum of 3 cartoons. Cartoons must be published between January 1 and December 31, 2020 in European online and offline media.
