II. ThemeCartoon: Humour
We chose the theme of humour as we believe it is a language that is familiar to every human being, regardless of culture and language.
Conditions:
• Open to artists from anywhere in the world
• Works must be in JPEG format, 300 dpi, A3 size
• A maximum of 3 works can be submitted per artist
• Cartoons must not contain any captions or comments
• Works can be black and white or colour, in any style or technique

Competition Categories
I. Satirical Portrait: Theme "Rakha"
Rakha (1910-1989) is one of the pioneers of Egyptian caricature art and is often called the lather of Egyptian caricature". In 1933 he was jailed on the charge of offending the King of Egypt. Later, in 1984, he founded the Egyptian Caricature Association. Rakha created many famous cartoon characters that most Egyptians still remember fondly today.
