An invitation for participation in the International caricature exhibition about the Egyptian director "Shadi Abdel Salam", the exhibition is part of the activities organized by the Ministry of Culture, Egypt to celebrate the great director "Shadi Abdel Salam".
* Participation is open to all artists from different countries of the world.
* Submitted works can be in color or black and white, in any style or technique.
* The technical resolution must be 300 dpi.
* Size A3 in JPEG format.
* The organizing committee has the right to use important works for advertising and publishing and what is related to their diversity, through printing, publishing and promotion through print and publishing media, and as well as at the Social Media.

Brief on Shadi Abdel Salam
The prominent Egyptian director Shadi Abdel Salam (1930-1986) considered to be one of the most reputed directors of Arab cinema. His works and historical vision reflected ancient Egyptian culture as well as Islamic and Coptic heritage.
His feature film "The Mummy" put Egyptian cinema on the world cinema map, it won several awards, including the "Georges Sadoul" Award in Paris in the year of its production in 1970, in 2009, the International Film Foundation chose it as one of the most important films in the history of world cinema. He restored the original version and was celebrated at the Cannes Film Festival in the same year.
