Theme: “JOGGING – Running as a sporty and healthy lifestyle”
1 - THEME
THE proloco of Appignano APS (MC) organizes the competition (INTERNATIONAL)
COAST TO COMIX!
for humorous and satirical cartoons on the theme:
“JOGGING – Running as a sporty and healthy lifestyle”
2 - PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to designers from all over the world/Italy, without any territorial limits and will be divided into two categories, as follows:
Italy
Abroad
3 - TECHNIQUES
Up to five unpublished works can be sent, made with any technique, in color or in black and white, in the maximum A4 format (21x29.7 cm).
4 - TERMS AND DEADLINES
The works must be received no later than midnight on 30/6/2023
- at the address coastocomix@gmail.com in .jpg, .tiff or .pdf format at a resolution of 300 dpi, together with the participation form (different for adults and minors, in the latter case a parent will send us the form). NB: the individual files must not exceed the weight of 5 MB

The Jury reserves the right to report further works, which will not receive prizes and to exclude from the call for tenders any works deemed unsuitable for the proposed theme or not ethically correct.
During the exhibitions of the works, there will be the possibility for visitors to indicate their favorite work to compete for the "1st Prize voted by the Public".
By participating in the competition, the authors assign the non-exclusive right to publish the works on any medium for promotional purposes without having anything to claim as copyright.
The "Coast-to-comix CATALOGUE" will be distributed online to the participants with the collection of the best participating works of the two categories.
The selected works will also be exhibited as a mileage marker for the Coast to Coast trekking route

INAUGURATION EXHIBITION: the Works will be exhibited on the occasion of the Award Ceremony in Appignano and along the streets of the town where it will take place with a walk during the days of the
29-30 July 2023
8 - AWARD GIVING
In one of the areas responsible for the exhibition, the final award ceremony will be held on 29/7/2023 from 18:00 to 20:00 with the coveted presence of all the participants.
