War and Children

Conditions:

-The Exhibition and Competition is open to professional and amateur cartoonists of all countries

-Participants will send a maximum of 3 cartoons in jpeg format to a maximum of 200 dpi and not exceeding 5 MB for each work

-It can be black and white or colored, any painting technique is free

-The cartoons that will participate in the competition must not have received an award in any competition before. Otherwise, the award may be cancelled


Prizes:

- First Prize: "BirkitapbindosT First Certificate" along with "Certificate of Participation"

- Second Prize: "BirkitapnibdosT Buddies Second Document" with "Certificate of Attendance"

- Third Prize: "BirkitapbindosT of Third Place Certificate" with "Certificate of Attendance"

- 10 Honorable Mention
