Theme: Anti hybrid (manipulation, conspiracy, etc.)
The international cartoons competition “Brain Sneezing – from kalokagathia to hypochondria and back” is in the years 2023 – 2024 financially supported by the International Visegrad Fund. The topic of the Antihybrid competition is hybrid threats that are linked to the manipulation of public opinion, disinformation and limitation of freedom of thinking. Hybrid threats enhance populism and totalitarian power that suppresses democracy and human rights. Cartoons diagnose the causes of hybrid wars, reflect arrogance and motivate the viewers to overcome fear and ignorance.
The international competition is announced by PRERAG, Prešov Development Agency. The exhibitions will be displayed in Baja (Hungary), Nowy Targ (Poland), Rataje nad Sázavou (Czech Republic) and in Presov (Slovakia).

The results will be announced on the 15th September 2023 and the winners will be awarded the following prizes:
1st prize: 500.00 EUR
2nd prize: 300.00 EUR
3rd prize: 200.00 EUR
The competition Jury reserves the right to grant other special prizes or not to grant some of the prizes.
