DEADLINE FOR ARRIVAL OF WORKS: 25.1.2021 .
Only unpublished works are considered. Mandatory short biography, address, telephone and e-mail address of the author.
Written works should be sent exclusively under code and mail in four (4) copies.
CARTOONS should be sent by mail or in digital form (to a mail address), in JPG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum size of 4 MB, with an indication that the selected authors must send the original cartoons. Cartoons made with the help of computers should be sent printed in A4 format and signed by hand with the mark No1.
Publication of jury decisions by February 15, 2021.
The award ceremony will take place on the final evening of the Festival on April 1, 2021. The organizer bears the costs of travel and accommodation of the awarded authors. The official languages of the festival are Serbian and English.
All cartoonists whose works are selected for the exhibition and catalog will receive a free copy of the catalog.
The works remain the property of the Festival. The organizer reserves the right to use the works submitted to the competition in order to promote the Festival.
