organized by the Provincial and Municipal Public Library. Cyprian Norwid in Zielona Góra and the University of the Third Age in Zielona Góra

Held on June 17, 2021, the jury composed of:

Ryszard Błażyński - expert in satirical drawing, member of the Association of Polish Caricature Artists in Warsaw

Jury Members:

Leszek Kania - director of the Museum of the Lubuskie Region in Zielona Góra,

Wojciech Kozłowski - director of the Art Exhibitions Office in Zielona Góra,

Paulina Komorowska-Birger - visual artist, professor, director of the Institute of Visual Arts of the University of Zielona Góra,

Kazimierz Wysocki - draftsman, watercolorist,

 Secretary - Maria Radziszewska                

got acquainted with672 works by 202 authors (from 32 countries), submitted

for the competition, nominated 25 works for prizes and awards (regular and special)

and decided to award 4 regular prizes:

GRAND PRIX - Tomasz Broda (Poland) for the entry no. 576

1st PRIZE - Witold Mysyrowicz (Poland) for work marked with no. 455

SECOND PRIZE - Mojmir Mihatov (Croatia) for work marked with no.50

3rd PRIZE - Zygmunt Zaradkiewicz (Poland) for the work marked with no. 273
