In the 11th edition of the International Biennale “Masters of Caricature”, Plovdiv, 2021 with topic was "The Museum".
took part 115 artists with 260 cartoons.
They present 37 different countries from Europe, North and Latin America, Asia, Africa.
The jury consisted the members: Assoc. Prof. Angel Yankov, PhD (director, REM – Plovdiv), Tsocho Peev (Plovdiv Cartoonists Association), Assoc. Prof. Svetla Dimitrova, PhD (president of UARD), Irien Trendafilov (Plovdiv Cartoonists Association), Iliyan Savkov (artist).
They have awarded the following names with the title Master of Cartoon for 2021:
