According to the Iran Cartoon website, Masoud Shojaei Tabatabai, a member of the jury of the International Animal Cartoon Competition in 1399, announced:
The final judging of this competition from today in its second round should be among 119 finalists, 20 final works should be announced by 12 September, so that in the last round (one day apart) the best works of this competition will be recognized.

1979 Works by 668 cartoonists from 72 countries were presented in this period.
Awards:
First person: 500 euros
Second place: 400 euros
Third person: 300 euros
Prizes will be taxed in accordance with current Serbian regulations.
Ten people will also be awarded diplomas.
