Biography
Xi Dinag great drawing talent was recognized and promoted in his earliest childhood. In his homeland, Shanghai, he enjoyed over 10 years of training in classical painting.He came to Austria to study natural science, but he continued to study the art of drawing intensively. Here he met the art of portrait caricature and studied the works of other masters such as Gerhard Haderer, Sebastian Krüger, etc. with enthusiasm.
In 2009 and 2011, he won the first prize twice in a row at the European-wide cartoon competition "ISCA minicon" for professional portrait cartoon artists.
In 2013, 2014 and 2015 he won the first prizes three times in succession at the international cartoon convention Eurocature.
In 2014 he won the "Best Character Design" award at the "Austrian Computer Graphics Award".
His way to the fast drawing
Xi has a keen intuition and analysis, which is crucial for the art of portrait caricature. On the other hand, the craftsmanship, which has been the result of many years of training and practice, allows him to become a world-class exponent.
His greatest passion for observing and drawing faces, he made his profession some years ago. He has already inspired countless people and established a reputation as an excellent event artist.
