Clovis Paulo Stocker, was born in Brusque , Santa Catarina , in 1965 and is based in São Paulo , has lived in São Paulo since 1995 . .
In 2006 , he published the book "Stockadas", through Editora Lettera, he was a collaborator in the magazines Revista Coyote, Caros Amigos , periodicals such as O Pasquim and Jornal do Brasil . In 2010 , he released the book Tulípio in co-authorship with Eduardo Rodrigues, through Devir publishing house. .

The characters "Clóvis" and Augusta, created by Paulo Stoker are well known, both characters were created by the author when he found out he was going to be a father, in the creation of several drawings he ended up giving life to both characters in a creative way. The character Clóvis has features worked in India ink and the comics are pantomimic.
