Liu Qiang born in 1976 in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China
He studied all kinds of paintings. And published personal works in domestic websites and newspapers.
He officially participated in the International Comic Competition in 2014, and successively won some contest prizes.

The sixth Cyprus International Cartoon Contest in 2014 won the two prize.
The 2015 second cup Cartoon Contest — Chutian Zhihai won the two prize (Note: the vacancy first prize).
2015 International Cartoon Contest theme Colombia won the third prize.
