Biography
Marcelo Mosqueira - Argentina
Marcelo Mosqueira was born in the city of Chivilcoy in 1966.
He trained at the Ernesto de la Carcova School of Fine Arts, Chivilcoy School of Visual Arts, and the Argentine School of Comics.
He published his illustrations in the journals Cerdos & Peces, Fierro (as portadista), La Murcièlaga, VLOV, Hamartia, in the publication of the Association of Cartoonists of Argentina Sacapuntas, La Baba, and together with other authors participated in the book Grafias .
He took part in renowned shows at the San Martin Cultural Center (2002), Borges Cultural Center (2003), Pompeo Boggio Museum (2006), French Alliance (2006), at the Anno Domini Gallery (2015, San José, California), and in the event Industria Argentina in Tecnópolis (2011-2013).
He produces his work in traditional and mixed techniques and sculpture, his work being recognized nationally and internationally.
