Biography
Masoud Faghir
I was born in 1953 in Tehran.
Since I was young, I have interested in no comment caricature with simple lines and conceptual. Finally, I could work in this field. I have started to work in the satirical and caricature magazine since 1991, now I work there too. I appreciate Master Javad Alizade because he always encourages me.
I haven’t attended in foreign contests many times. I attended in Mullah Nasruddin International cartoon competition in Turkey and I won a prize twice times. I won second prize of the International sport cartoon in Tehran.
In 2004, I published a book named “Caricatures can speak”. It included 108 caricatures.
I hope to be able to provide new works in the future that it is worthy for you.
