Biography
Chris van Es - Netherlands
Chris van Es is an award winning illustrator who was born in the Netherlands in the late 1950s and moved to Canada when he was sixteen.
After misguidedly spending two years studying premed he traveled widely for a number of years during which he discovered that he liked to draw.
He graduated from the illustration program at Sheridan College in the late eighties and currently lives in Port Hope, Ontario.
His work has appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers.
