Biography
Andrzej Krauze was born in Poland in 1947.
He began his career as a cartoonist with a satirical paper called Szpilka whilst still a student.
He then designed theatre posters after winning a competition.
He moved to London in 1979 and still lives there.
Andrzej publishes his cartoons in The Times, The Independent, The Sunday Telegraph, The Observer and since 1989, in The Guardian.
Since 2001, he has been publishing his cartoons in the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita.
