Secound International Cartoon Festival is one of the initiatives that KrAgiKozvak
Cartoon and Art of Kosovo Organizes.
1.PARTICIPITATION
The Competition is opened for everyone regardless of nationality
race,age,sex or profession.
2.THEME
Human and Technology
3.CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.Artworks should not exceed the dimension 30×40 cm
2.Each competitor is allowed to participate in the
competition with maximum 3 works.
3.Artworks can be in black and white or color can be
draw using any technique.
4.Artworks must be with 300 dpi resoulation ,printable for A3 dimension.

5.Each competitor must fill the application form.

4.SENDING
1.Artworks must be send via email to kragikozvak1@gmail.com and
kragikozvak2@gmail.com
2.Artworks should be unpublished or awarded by any competition.
3.Artworks should be named-example:
nameandsurnameofatist_nameofwork.jpeg
