The 3rd International Cartoon, Caricature, and Poster Competition of Holocide 2024
Gaza is currently one of the most devastated regions in the world, suffering from war-induced hunger, record casualties, and environmental destruction. It has seen the highest number of child amputees, journalists, doctors, and aid workers killed, with bombings and chemical weapons causing catastrophic damage to the environment. The UN estimates over 15 years are needed to restore the region, while even refugee camps are targeted with incendiary bombs.
Since October 7, over 42,000 people have been killed, including many women and children, and more than 100,000 wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. This tragedy extends beyond genocide, aiming for the total destruction of Gaza's society and environment, termed "Holocide."
Additionally, the International Hague Court has issued rulings against the Prime Minister of The Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, and several high-ranking officials, charging them with genocide. Remarkably, 122 countries have declared readiness to enforce this ruling if approved by the International Court of Justice.
