Cesar Samaniego is an illustrator from Canet de Mar, Barcelona.
After he graduates with honors at Llotja school of arts and crafts, has published ten books, worked in textbooks for schools, interactive books, as a layout artist for the second season of Angry Birds Toons and as a designer for his children's clothes trademark.
