Born in 1962. 

He graduated from Faculty of Education at Chiba University. 

He is a cartoonist for Kyodo News. He is a member of the Japan Cartoonists Association and Vice Chairperson of Japan branch of Federation of Cartoonists Organizations (FECO JAPAN). 

He showed works at the Year of Turkey in Japan Commemorative Cartoon Exhibition (2001-2004) and received an invitation to visit Turkey. 

He exhibited at the Festival International du Dessin de presse de I’Humour et de la Caricature held at Saint-Just-le-Martel, France in 2004.He won Gold Prize at both the 17th and 25th Yomiuri International Cartoon Contests held in 1995 and 2003 respectively.
