George Licurici was born on 23rd Apri11956 in Roman town, Romania. He graduated at the Polytechnic Institute — Iasi University in 1981. His profession is BCS Engineer and is working as a residential, industrial and commercial real estate appraiser. George Licurici made his debut in cartooning in March 1985. His cartoons have been published in periodicals in Romania and abroad. He presented his cartoons at solo exhibitions in Costinesti, Suceava, Bucharest and more than 200 collective exhibitions in Romania and abroad.
